Office Building

Location: USA

Total Built-Up Area: 410,000 Sq. Ft.

Structure: B+G+9

Mixed-use tower exterior in Texas

Introduction

Strategically located in the prime commercial area in the United States, this office building is designed to serve the evolving needs of modern enterprises. With a total built-up area of 410,000 square feet, the facility spans Nine levels above ground and includes a dedicated basement parking level. The building exemplifies a harmonious blend of architectural elegance, engineering precision, and sustainable design.

The project adheres strictly to U.S. building codes and standards, integrating advanced systems for HVAC, plumbing, fire safety, and electrical services. The design prioritizes occupant comfort, operational efficiency, and environmental responsibility, creating a high-performance workspace for up to 1,000 occupants.

Project Challenges

A major challenge during the design phase was the development of fabrication drawings for HVAC ducting, plumbing lines and vessels. The building’s unique architectural geometry—featuring varying oval-shaped floor plates—posed significant coordination complexities across MEP disciplines.

Innovative Solutions

To address these challenges, the project team deployed EVOLVE, an AI-powered software platform that automates the generation of fabrication drawings. This enabled the precise modelling and fabrication of ducts, vessels, and tanks, ensuring seamless installation and alignment with the architectural intent.
