Fire Alarm System Modeling

BIM-based fire alarm system layouts, integrating detectors, control panels, and notification devices to support code compliance and effective life-safety planning.

Design domestic water, hot water, sanitary, storm, and fire protection systems in compliance with applicable codes, AHJ requirements, and project standards.

Perform hydraulic and drainage calculations, equipment selection coordination, and structural penetration/sleeve coordination.

Fire Protection

Fire protection system digital documentation, including wet pipe, dry pipe, pre-action, water mist, VESDA (Very Early Smoke Detection Apparatus), and clean agent fire suppression systems. Modeling of hydraulic systems and layouts.
