Primary Roles Responsibilities:

  • Drive production and Quality
  • Ensure the team is cordial and well behaved with public
  • Co-ordinate with the UIDAI authorities
  • Selection of sites & Deployment with team support
  • Ensure utilization is maximized for the kits allotted
  • Ensure updated guidelines are followed by the team
  • Sufficient visuals to be made available at all sites
  • Reporting & Analytics
  • Train employees and ensure the service levels
  • Identify training needs and recommend for external training
  • Monitoring and controlling changes to the information processing facilities
  • Selection and work allocation to employees and ensure cost effective trial/ pilots

Secondary Roles Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate with Support teams like HR, Systems and Admin for required resources.
  • Liaison with systems and IT team for smooth flow of work.

Education:

  • Any Degree (Any Specialization)

Compliance:

  • Ensuring privacy and security in the operational area
  • Implementing controls related to incidence response management, user acceptance of new applications, data classification and secure disposal of classified data
  • To ensure that BCP is in place so that the service is not affected even in case of a disaster / contingency
  • Ensure information is handled as per our data classification policy
  • Communicate the contractual requirement related to information security to the ISMS team.
  • Monitoring and controlling changes to the information processing facilities

Business Development:

  • Scan the market for business opportunities
  • Develop strategies for marketing of Company’s services
  • Collect and analyze market intelligence
  • Develop and document / prepare documents for marketing
  • Develop contacts for business promotion
  • Vendor development and Management
  • Identify and recommend for selection of people for sales and business promotion
  • Revenue Targets set by Management

Training and Development:

  • Train employees and ensure the service levels
  • Identify training needs and recommend for external training
  • Provide Refresher/ process training at regular intervals

Authorities:

  • Change the priority of work handled to meet the delivery schedule/TAT
  • Change the team composition of the teams so as to balance skills and speed
  • Approve/ Recommend leave requests.
  • Evaluate performance of probationers and recommend confirmation
  • Authorized to rework on the non-conformities of your respective vertical.
  • Authorized to approve Resignation, Exit Clearance, Transfer, and raise Manpower Request, Purchase Request
  • Recommend training / re-training for team members
  • Authorize to prepare all Security Formats and Departmental Security System Procedures
  • Authorize to approve the non-conformities of internal/external quality reports
  • Authorize to prepare Standard Operating Procedure (SOP's), Work Instructions and Formats required as per QMS
  • Authorized to rework on the non-conformities of your respective vertical.
  • Change and revise the ISO & ISMS documents
