Job Opening for Sr. Design Engineer - Architect - US - Visualizer

Designation: Senior Architect

Rendering Role: Senior Architect to work on architectural projects for USA clients from India.

Discipline: Architecture

Job Location: Remote

Platform: CAD & BIM Duties

Experience: Over all 5 years of experience as an Architect on rendering projects.

Qualification:

Mandatory experience in US projects, B. Arch / M. Arch

Technical contribution:

  • Contribute technically on Architecture projects/design presentations (Rendering scope) by following USA standards.
  • Adopt Architecture advanced concepts from time to time about 3D modeling and renderings.
  • Follow Constructability and Architectural standards on the assigned projects (rendering scope).
  • Deliver the projects as per client expectations on InDesign, 3dSMax, Lumion and Enscape software.

Client Coordination:

  • Daily / Weekly status calls with the client to update the project status.
  • Capture and analyze the client's requirements directly.
  • Deliver the projects to clients as per the schedule.
  • The primary point of contact for all project scope-related items, on the assigned projects, along with the Lead Architect.
  • Work with client on all the technical matters from offshore, related to the assigned projects with the support from Lead Architect.
  • Project Delivery.
  • Work as per client expectations on the assigned projects along with the Lead Architect.
  • Deliver professional/photorealistic renderings.
  • Rendering Portfolio, a plus.
  • Export rendered views for further graphical enhancement.
  • Create and maintain 2Dand 3Dobject files, ie: furniture, profiles.

QC:

  • Follow project QC checklist across the assigned projects.
  • Maintain the same level of quality on all deliverables in all the assigned projects.

Time/Effort:

  • Maintain and track timesheets of the assigned projects.
  • Report the effort spent to clients of the assigned projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the overall performance of the assigned rendering projects.
  • The overall quality of deliverables to the clients, on the assigned projects.
  • Delivery of 3DsMax, Lumion and Enscape projects as per client expectations.
