Designation: Senior Design Engineer

Role: Senior Architect

Job Location: Remote

Discipline: Senior Architect to work on architectural projects for UK clients from India.

Platform: Architecture

Duties: CAD & BIM

Experience: Overall, 5 years of experience as Architect/Senior Architect.

2 years of experience as Architect/Senior Architect on hospital buildings architecture (UK).

Qualification:

Mandatory experience in UK projects, B. Arch / M. Arch

Technical contribution:

  • Contribute technically to Architecture projects by following UK standards.
  • Adopt Architecture advanced concepts from time to time.
  • Follow Constructability and Architectural standards on the assigned projects.
  • Deliver the projects as per client expectations on AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, and Revit software.

Client Coordination:

  • Daily / Weekly status calls with the client to update the project status.
  • Capture and analyze the client's requirements directly.
  • Deliver the projects to clients as per the schedule.
  • Point of contact for the client from offshore, on the assigned projects.
  • The primary point of contact for all project scope-related items, on the assigned projects.
  • Work with clients on all the technical matters from offshore related to the assigned projects.
  • Project Delivery.
  • Manage client expectations on the assigned projects.

QC:

  • Follow project QC checklist across the assigned projects.
  • Maintain the same level of quality on all deliverables in all the assigned projects.

Time/Effort:

  • Maintain and track timesheets of the assigned projects.
  • Report the effort spent to clients of the assigned projects.

Responsibilities:

  • This role will have no Architects reporting directly.
  • Responsible for the overall performance of the assigned projects.
  • The overall quality of deliverables to the clients, on the assigned projects.
  • Delivery of ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, and Revit projects as per clients' expectations.
