Experience: Overall 5+ Years on Structural Design, CAD, and BIM platforms. (3 yrs +)
Qualification:
Experience preferred in US projects, B. Tech / M. Tech (Civil/Structural)
Design, Modeling, Detailing, and Documentation:
- Structural calculations using RAM ELEMENTS software.
- Design of structural systems (2D & 3D).
- Construction documentation (BIM).
- Detailed design (BIM).
- Structural design.
- Structural Analysis Report.
QC:
- Follow project QC checklist: Structural
- Implement QC standards across the projects: Structural
- Maintain the same level of quality on all deliverables in all the projects: Structural
Client Coordination:
- Daily / Weekly status calls with the client to update the task status along with the Project Lead.
- Capture and analyze the client requirements: Structural
- Deliver the tasks to clients as per the schedule with the supervision of the Project Lead.
Responsibilities:
- This role will have no direct reporting associates.
- Responsible for the overall performance of structural tasks / structural analysis on the assigned projects (as assigned by the Project Lead).
- The overall quality of deliverables to the clients (on the assigned tasks).
- Delivery of CAD and BIM projects as per clients' expectations.
