To augment our growth as a global player in the BPO area, we are looking for a dynamic person to head the HRD function and help drive to match and keep pace on demanding clients and cross - functional units for the staffing and recruitment ( both for scale-up and replacement ) positions. The job would also involve managing attrition skillfully, facilitate / provide superior training, performance appraisal, employee welfare, payroll and Leave processing and other, regulatory – statutory duties. Must be able to forecast and proactively plan and support, mutually work with operations and management team to ensure smooth and conducive environment for team-building, employee transportation / logistics day-to-day schedule/ management on a routine basis.
The candidate should have appropriate experience for 7+ years in the above areas, preferably with some experience in a BPO company. |
