The founder of the Sona Valliappa Group, he is a well-known industrialist in South India with interests ranging from Textiles through the Construction Industry to Information Technology. He belongs to that elite class of people who has had the privilege of being the President of both the Industrial (Greater Mysore Chamber of Commerce and Industry) and Trade (FKCCI) Federation of Karnataka Chambers of Commerce & Industry chambers of commerce. C. Valliappa was instrumental in getting India on the IT map, when Texas Instruments decided to partner with the group in infrastructure. He was also invited to visit USA as a guest of the American Government to understand American business and identify the future growth of business between India and the US - a rare honour vested on only one businessman each year.

V.Chockalingam is the moving force behind Vee Technologies. Thanks to wide ranging exposure to technology and software, he has a vast experience in developing and exploring technologies. As an integral part of the group, Chocko has played a pivotal part in the group's progress. He has held key positions in Administration, International Business & Operations, Corporate Affairs, Strategic Planning & Marketing and Planning of Corporate Policies. His in-depth knowledge of European, Asian & Pan American Markets and expertise in forging Alliances and Joint Ventures of strategic importance has seen Vee Technologies grow from strength to strength to emerge as one of India's largest companies in the Transaction Outsourcing business. Chocko is a thought leader in the outsourcing space.

Wing Commander K Krishnan (Retd)
Vice President
Krishnan is a double Post Graduate (M.Sc. in Bio-Chemistry and M.Sc. in Defence Studies) and has a total of 29 years of Defence and Corporate Experience at Management Levels. While serving Indian Air Force (IAF), he has worked on Mainframes and PC networks for over 12 years in the fields of Inventory Management, Personnel Management and Purchase Management. He has extensive knowledge in the areas of System Analysis, Design, Project Management and Application Development. Being commissioned in the Logistics Branch of IAF, he has vast experience in planning, organizing and executing complex Logistics activities in the Defence Forces, including Defence Research and Development Organization.
Took voluntary retirement from IAF and served big Software Company (Enterprise Software Division of Accel Frontline) at Chennai as Head of Operations for 3 years. Has worked for large USA clients on various assignments. Well conversant with HIPAA, he is a quality specialist with a thorough knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 27001 standards and SEI-CMM. Krish joined Vee in 2002 and currently working as Senior Vice President (Operations).

Mr. H. SivaRao, M.Sc., M.S. (USA) heads the group of qualified, dedicated young professionals at VSTP. He looks after the working of VeeScribe. He has wide experience in running and providing facilities for bandwidth and IT companies.
A.T. Sambandam
General Manager (Operations)
An Engineer with 30 years of rich experiences both in Manufacturing and Project Management, Mr. A.T.Sambandam presently Heads Vee Technologies, Salem Delivery Centre.
Before joining the Vee family, he had rendered Manufacturing and Software Services for many Silicon Valley (USA) clients. He also had an opportunity to serve with United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) for assisting UNDP assignments in overseas for 3.5 years. He is well conversant with ISO standards and a certified Lead Assessor.
T. Alagappan
Senior Manager - Compliance
T. Alagappan is the management representative and also the Chief Information and Security Officer looks after the ISO 9001 Quality Management and ISO 27001 Security management functions across our multiple locations. He is in charge of all compliances and has been instrumental in getting our first Security certification on BS7799 and the Octave Risk management techniques for subsequently getting us the SPMM Level 3/3 certification (and subsequent Recertification for ISO27001). He is a qualified mechanical engineer with wide experience and worked previously with Carborundum Universal and also in Abrasive Manufacturing Company, Muscat, Sultanate of Oman.
C.S. Srikanth
Senior Manager Logistics and Accounting processing
A Commerce graduate from the Bangalore University, Srikanth is a former employee of the Syndicate Bank having over 22 years experience in the field. Srikanth joined Vee Technologies as a coordinator for payment processing and takes care of the requirements of various clients in the Banking and supermarket chain stores. He had been trained onsite in US for Logistics freight bill processing and also on Auditing the bills. He had successfully migrated the Bookkeeping and Payroll processes from UK after studying them onsite. Now Srikanth is a Senior Manager focused on the Logistics process and Financial & Banking process.
J.S. Ramnath
AGM - Operations and Migration (Insurance & TPA)
With over 15 years of experience in BPO/ITEs and having successfully migrated over 10 different processes, Ramnath is the SBU Head of the Insurance and TPA vertical. He had visited the clients in the US multiple times for projects migration.
As a member of ISMS (Information Security Management System) team he works closely with CISO. He is a certified internal auditor for both IQA and ISMS. With his in-depth knowledge on the US Health Care, he is an expert in HIPAA and SPMM.
Before joining Vee family he has worked for large USA clients providing e-Commerce and IT-enabled Services.
Soujanya Prakash

Ms.Soujanya has 12+ years of experience in the IT, ITES and Engineering Services Companies driving Human Resources Teams in line with Organization goals. She has worked in various capacities handling the entire Gamut of Human Resources like Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, Performance and Potential Management, Employee Engagement, Payroll Administration, Statutory benefits, Labour Law and Contract Staffing. She has vast experience in strategic human resource management. Her experience spans across technical call centres, staffing companies and Engineering services companies. She has exposure to the labour law and HR management of resources in countries like Germany, France, Canada and United States.
Soujanya has graduated in Arts from Bangalore University and is a Post Graduate in Business Administration from Symbiosis. She also holds a Diploma in Electronics and Communication Engineering and has completed the 3 year GNIIT program in Software Design and Networking.

Bala, a Post Graduate in Computer Application (MCA) joined Vee in 2002. Has 11+ years of experience in IT & ITES industry and strong knowledge in Microsoft & Open Source Technologies with extensive experience across multiple domains including healthcare, logistics, banking & finance, e-business. He is heading development team and expert in Project Management, Project Migration and Customer & Vendor Relationship Management.
He is a Quality & Security specialist with strong knowledge, certified ISO 9001 & ISO 27001 internal auditor, key member of Quality Management & Information Security Management team and played vital role in implementing ISO 9001, ISO 27001 & SPMM Level 3.
N. Nageswara Rao
Senior Manager - Migration and Business Process Reengineer
A Science Graduate with 15 years of rich experience in BPO/ITES industry, Nageshwara Rao is a specialist in providing cost reduction solutions and he has implemented many of process improvements in the company.
He has various range of experience in health Insurance claims processing and migrated many of projects to VEE by took client’s onsite training. He has also had good technical knowledge and experience on software development applications and working with IT team very closely.
He is a certified internal auditor for both IQA and ISMS and well understand of HIPAA requirements. Currently Nageshwara Rao is a key person for all migrations in Insurance and TPA vertical and provide business process improvement solutions across organization.
