T. Alagappan is the management representative and also the Chief Information and Security Officer looks after the ISO 9001 Quality Management and ISO 27001 Security management functions across our multiple locations. He is in charge of all compliances and has been instrumental in getting our first Security certification on BS7799 and the Octave Risk management techniques for subsequently getting us the SPMM Level 3/3 certification (and subsequent Recertification for ISO27001). He is a qualified mechanical engineer with wide experience and worked previously with Carborundum Universal and also in Abrasive Manufacturing Company, Muscat, Sultanate of Oman.
