Are there any set up cost or other fees?
Normally not.

What pricing models do you offer?
This can depend from per transaction price ; per/hr rate or fixed cost and time basis. Our cost is fully loaded price ( no other costs)

How do we get started?
Contact us and we will assist you in transmitting a test file to Vee. We will then create sample output documents for your approval and send them to you. The entire process takes no more than one week.

What are your billing terms?
Terms for payment are net 15 days.

Do you offer customer support?
Yes, we are open 24/6 and our Customer support normal business hours are from 8:00AM Eastern Standard time to 6:30PM Pacific Standard Time and after hours service until 9:00PM Pacific Standard Time.

What are my hardware requirements to connect with VeeInsure?
You need to have a computer and either a modem or access to the internet. You will also need communication software such as Kermit, ProComm, PCAnywhere or HyperTerminal. Or just let us know if you want us to mail you our ftp details.

How do I transmit a document / file to Vee?
Save your document/file to be transmitted, zip it and use our ftp to upload your document/file. You may use any protocol to transmit to Vee---.

How will you confirm my transmission?
Within half-hour or less, you will be able to see a mail or get a call from our team, that we have received your file as well as specifics about it including the size of it. Eventually we will confirm the total dollar amount billed and other pertinent information. You will also approve the printing and mailing of your file electronically.

How fast do you deliver?
The faster you send is the fastest delivery you will be assured of. We guarantee next business day turn around based on a six-day business week.

What is the your pricing?
