VeeInsure processed HCFA claims for a couple of months without a blemish for its first customer, this convinced them that we had learnt the ropes of processing HCFA1500/CMS1500, they trained us in UB92/UB04 processing. This was a challenge in itself as the insurance company had hundreds of hospitals as providers. To train, the client started by sending UB92 claims to Vee. UB claims with its several attachments and complexity can be a challenge. But like Marianne says, “We initially thought Vee would have a problem handling UBs due to fact that they have complex attachments and more than twice the number of fields (80). But they were pleasantly surprised that we were able to diligently handle the whole UB claim processing.”

In the past several years VeeInsure has processed millions of UB-92 claims. Today VeeInsure has grown to be one of the biggest processors of UB-92 claims.
