Super Bills processing, Miscellaneous Processing, basically is of two categories - Clinical Bills and Hospital Bills. In earlier stages these claims were rejected or the bill was not constructed due to lack of information which may be information on patient, providers or the services rendered, these claims comes to us with various attachments. Vee construct these Clinical or hospital bills (HCFA/UB) after doing a study and analyzing the complete document of a particular claim which comes to us in the form of Physician Notes, Radiology Reports, Super Bills, Correspondence Letters, etc. We decide if this is a valid claim. If we find that the claim is valid then we build the bill (claim) and then process. The main source being Explanation Of Benefits (EOB).
