Insurance Verification
The Vee Bill team gets pre-visit authorization for providers as well as for patients by contacting the insurance companies. Our callers will also check on the appropriateness of the diagnosis reported, the location, and will also ensure that the pre-authorization is not provided for the patient’s or his/ her family’s convenience and is not custodial care. After the patient scheduling is done, our call/check with Insurance companies will verify whether the patient insurance is valid, even before the doctor sees the patient. This mitigates billing issues that arise later.

Electronic Medical Records
Vee Charts is an Electronic Integrated Records and Chart Management System from Vee which includes Archival, Quick Retrieval, Patient Demographics, Platform Independent and Integrated Imaging Solutions. The Vee team is trained in using several sophisticated Document Management Solution Softwares. Vee also has VeeCap and VeeSearch - the custom made softwares developed in-house - to manage the medical records of hospitals and clinics.
