Recruitment

  • Generally, recruitment process involves preliminary screening, test, technical interview, & HR interview.

Training & Development

  • All employees of Vee Technology will undergo a series of training during his/her employment.
  • The training may be Technical Training pertaining to the job, Classroom training on specific areas, Onsite training if it is called by client, soft skill training for those who are in need of communication workshop, behavioral & skill enhancement programs. In the above training process Vee will ensure Employee Talent Management, inculcate healthy competition, and help them for Knowledge Management.
  • We use different training methodologies with Senior, Middle and junior management level with specific yardsticks.
  • From classroom training to six sigma level of training Vee will conduct various E-learning programs, train the trainer programs, Stress relief programs and provide a work environment which leads to creativity, fun & joy at work place.
