Job Description |
- Design & implement work flow processes.
- Plan and ensure the project TAT is met.
- Allocate the work based on priority of the files / batches.
- Set Targets for team leads and processors.
- Maintain Batch control logs.

- Clarify any doubts raised by the team and consult the Supervisor or Manager in case if further clarification is required.
- Maintain & submit daily production reports, Dash boards, Audit reports, etc.,
- Maintain records for overall performance and progress of the shift.
- Liaison with systems and IT team for smooth flow of work.
- Timely Client communication.
- Monitor the quality and provide feedback to team leaders and processors regularly.
- Ensure the quality of output is as per SLA.
- Mentor trainees.
- Maintain process documents and ensure regular updates.
- Ensure all updates from client are recorded.
- Conduct daily team briefs and update the team in every shift.
- Proper handing over at the end of shift.
- Ensure the team meets the daily targets and extend the shift if the targets are not met.
- Provide refresher / process training at regular intervals.

- Installation, Configuration, and Administration of MS Office 97/2000/XP /2003/2007, Outlook Express, etc.

- Ghosting, Updating of Drivers, and other computer peripheral devices including Software Installation, and preventive maintenance.
- Unix/ Linux Configuration and administration.

Perform backup of scheduled network data using VERITAS Backup Exec onto DAT.
- Knowledge of OSI layers/IP addressing /Sub netting is a must so as to train the team and support in network implementation.
- Implementation of Security on LAN using Active Directory, DHCP, Corporate Antivirus, Remote User Management, Remote OS installation, Patch management, Event log viewers.
- Analysing, planning and implementing Security Architecture using Firewall, IPS/IDS and Antivirus gateway.Formulation of Information Security Policy, procedure and guidelines.
- Responsible for maintaining Asset registers.
- Ensure Asset inventory is managed efficiently and Asset tracking is Robust.
- Participate in ISO and ISMS audits and ensure the department meets all the standards.
- Manage the ticketing system, organize the support call tickets and complete the assigned tasks as per SLA.Provide remote support to end users using access tools (RDP, Dame Ware and VNC)
- Co ordinate with vendors for replacement of faulty hardware and purchase of hardware and software. Assign / Allocate work to teams for Installation, Assembling, Configuration, Maintenance, and Troubleshooting of computers, different types of printers, hard disk drives, floppy drives, CD ROMs, Scanners NIC cards, Web Cameras etc.
- Review day to day activities of the team and ensure internal and external customer satisfaction on system requirements and support.
